If you are a Fresh Store Builder user you have access to a completely private area of the Fresh Marketing Forum.

If you cannot see this private forum, please see these instructions on how to link your Forum and FSB account.

In order for these features to become available for your Forum account, it is necessary to associate your Forum and your FSB Account. In the majority of cases this account association is done automatically as long as your forum account and FSB account have matching email address. If for some reason they do not and you already have created a forum account, it can be easily associated with your FSB account following a very simple manual process.

If you already have a Forum Account

  1. While logged to your forum account, you can visit this link: http://www.freshmarketingforum.com/account/fsblogin
  2. Click the “Associate with FSB Account” button on this page.
  3. A popup will open asking you to login with your FSB Account information.
  4. Once logged in you will be asked to Authorize access to your account.
  5. Once authorized you will be redirected back to the forum.
  6. You will be asked to confirm your forum account password.
  7. Your forum account and FSB account are now linked.

If you do not have a forum account yet, you can register one, when you register, if you use the same email address as your FSB Account, then our system will automatically link the two accounts within an hour of your forum registration. If you’d rather associate your account manually please follow the steps below:

If you do not have a Forum Account yet

  1. Click on the login / Signup button on any page within the forum.
  2. You will see a green button which reads: Login with Fresh Store Builder
  3. A popup will open asking you to login with your FSB Account information.
  4. Once logged in you will be asked to Authorize access to your account.
  5. Once authorized you will be redirected back to the forum.
  6. You’ll be presented with some fields to complete your forum registration or if you already have a forum account but are not logged in you will have the option to associate with an existing forum account.
  7. Once completed your new forum account and your FSB Account will be linked.

Once your accounts are associated and linked you can see your account type, level and license type by checking in this link: http://www.freshmarketingforum.com/account/fsblogin

It is worth mentioning that our system monitors and syncs customer data very often, so any changes to your FSB account will be reflected on your forum account. So if you had an FSB Account but later on decided to request a refund, your FSB Account will be disabled and you will loose forum access to areas meant exclusively for FSB Customers.
